🛠️ Order Processing Time
Physical orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
• United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
🌍 International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
📬 Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
⚠️ Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
I am not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
🔮 Digital Products & Services (Readings)
All readings and digital products are delivered electronically.
🗓️ Readings are completed and delivered on Tuesdays.
• Orders placed before Tuesday will be included in the upcoming delivery cycle
• Orders placed after Tuesday will be delivered the following Tuesday
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery depending on when your order is placed.
