Because many of the products and services offered in this shop are digital or custom, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
🔮 Digital Products (PDFs, Guides, Downloads)
All digital products are non-refundable.
Once a file has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned. Please make sure you read the product description carefully before purchasing.
🧿 Readings & Services (Vibe Check™, No Filter™, etc.)
All readings and services are non-refundable.
These are time-based, energy-based services that begin preparation upon purchase. Because of this, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available once an order is placed.
🛠️ Physical Products
If you purchase a physical item (such as dowsing rods):
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos so I can make it right.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

- Change of mind
- Not resonating with the information provided
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
